- artsrc 17y agoHas this been tried? Designing roads to promote desired speeds may be more effective than speed limits at reducing bicycle and pedestrian fatalities.
- akgerber 17y agoIt is. But considering how many roads we build like freeways in this country, well-enforced speed limits are necessary for now.
