I've always thought there's a need for a Tinder with an OKC match % running in the background. If someone is similar enough, they're suggested to you, with a few of your physical preferences taken into account. The interface, though, is Tinder-like. Or, in the least, Tinder could just create a basic setting for only showing "def not looking for a hook-up" profiles.
