This is the same reason I don't share anymore. I will post photos from a trip and my own parents wont see it in their news feed. It just feels like, "what's the point?", I might as well just e-mail them directly. Edit: At the same time, boosted posts for business pages targeting friends of friends seem to actually work well now. For a $20 investment, the phone actually rings, and it generates real sales.
