It would be valuable to establish a track record for a home that might be sold in the future, or perhaps during the sales process a home could be sampled by a certified home inspector.
- solomone 11y agoMy guess is in general the Real Estate market doesn't want this. What happens if it tests positive for something? Do you start tearing down all the walls until you find the issue? Suddenly the house is unsellable and a huge money pit for the seller or new buyer.
