The team I work with made the software that Wisconsin state legislators use to store their communications with constituents. None of our experience bears your statement out. Our software was built in close collaboration with legislators and their staffers, who requested the means to store and report on the contents of communications in a wide variety of formats.
- mbielski 11y agoI suspect that the ones you worked with were the exceptions rather than the norm, but it is good to know that there are exceptions to the norm.
