I have too limited knowledge of the Chinese business world to know whether this behavior is standard operating procedure, or if it is very, very large red flag to not sign any written deals with such business men. As you said, the huge bonus is that they are dedicated to eSports as well and have put substantial effort into capturing our (potential) Chinese user base.
