Giving time to work on the project exclusively and have to present something at the end. It forces the team to focus on the task, avoiding these questions, at least temporarily, on whether they should continue or not. At In the end, it should be easy to decide.
- honghin 11y agoCompany is racist as fuck. No wonder it was born out of YC. I applied at AirBnB and was flat out told that since you didn't go to Ivy League there is 1 % chance you would clear next round. Rich people helping other get rich. I hope they fail miserably.
