It was not sarcasm. We are not supposed to do things ourselves. We are supposed to lean on experts, face our shortcomings and be brave enough to admit when we need help. This quality of willing to ask for help is way more important than any specific experience. They do need to know what they dont know. So they need a vision and picture of how to deliver...but that vision can and should include leaning on others IMO.
