I use it for web side projects. It's not too bad with a theme and some customization, for my simple needs - I'm not a designer, I just want a responsive design out of the box with familiar elements so that a new user can find their way around easily. I can then concentrate on the functionality. It's boring perhaps but for a certain category of apps you want boring+familiar.
