My first thought was to delay the payment till it passed the second review (max 5persons).
However I think your suggestion will get more tractions, the only downside is how to keep track on the applicant whether or not he got a job/interview. But who says it will be easy :).
- danieltillett 11y agoOne way to keep track of when a candidate gets a job is to make part of the service reviewing/setting up their linkedin profile as well. You then just need to watch the LinkedIn profile to see when they get a job.
