I'm having trouble visualizing the economics of this. Why would I spend maybe 30 minutes trying to earn $2?
Could you do this with much larger rewards for fewer advertisers? eg CocaCola will reward $1000 to somebody who makes a great coke-drinking selfie video. The incentives are aligned for creators and for the advertiser. For only $1000 they get a bunch of user-created content and the user gets a nice little windfall.
- SunderRaman 11y agoGreat question Buss. We do both. We help brands to pick from our curated list of challenges or they come up with their own. It takes less than 30 seconds for a user to complete the challenge and win the reward.Brands can also buy the content created by the user by paying them for it. We end up getting a % on the reward and if the brands want to buy the content we get a cut as well. It's a win-win for the user, brand and us.
