But the U.S. version of freedom of panorama is fairly weak (buildings only, see https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Freedom_of_panorama#United_States https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Freedom_of_panora... ). With this decision, it seems Sweden will also turn buildings-only. So U.S. courts will recognise the Swedish copyright.
