On average, Lyft Drivers and passengers seem to be more talkative, more interactive and more fun to ride with. Typically I select Lyft over uber, except when... I don't feel like talking to anyone. I get the impression that other people do the same. Basically I pick Lyft when I want to be social and Uber when I don't. Having both choices makes my life better, and probably better for drivers as well.
