With a team of 4 people, the less I worked the more got done - by a large margin. This is because the labor of the other 4 people was leveraged much more efficiently when I was observing, supervising, and coordinating. Caveat: You have to do a little of the work, otherwise you won't have the understanding to make good decisions.
