As someone who works out of coffee shops quite a bit, Saigon was amazing (same with Chiang Mai in Thailand).
Amazing coffee, cheap wifi, good food and no one cares if you camp out a bit.
I was there for a week on a "workcation" and spent about 10 days bouncing from shop to shop without hitting up the same one twice. 10/10. Would go again.
