- xomateix 11y agoAccording to their documentation [1] it does work with private repos. [1] http://doc.gitlab.com/ee/pages/README.html http://doc.gitlab.com/ee/pages/README.html
- jobvandervoort 11y ago1. Yes, you can use Pages with private projects 2. No, there are no traffic limits.

- therealmarv 11y agothanks for your reply jobvandervoort! Are not you afraid that people will use gitlab as cheap hosting service? So what are the limitations on content I can host there? Policy? Can I use it for commercial usage?
- jobvandervoort 11y agoWe hope people will use it to host their websites. You can host almost anything there, excluding illegal content. Commercial content is fine.
- tacone 11y agoVery nice! Suggestion: if you use a CDN or other methods to improve the performance make sure to point it out in the landing page. Keep up the good job.
- jobvandervoort 11y agoThanks, we're trying to do a better job communicating everything we have and can do and will definitely do so in this case!
- therealmarv 11y agoFYI: I've tried it out (it seemed too good to be true) but it worked: I've created a website and the repo itself is private. How cool ist that? :)
