Ask HN: Restore deleted files and mails (.pst) on Windows (and Outlook)

I'm looking for a tool or tools that can: 1) Restore deleted files on a Windows machine (or from the carbon copy of the drive). The more depth and heuristic it has the better (e.g. restoring partial files that have no "inode" records anymore). 2) Restore deleted e-mails from an Outlook archive (.pst). Bonus if the products' developers are on HN, feel free to promote your stuff :)
