Good post Fred. I thought the examples were good and I didn't have trouble understanding the point of the article. It made me think about similar ways that I've been mistreated and ways that I've mistreated others, especially junior devs. Software development is truly an exercise in patience and as an industry we need to put more value on some of the softer skills. I can speak from experience that positive environments lead to better outcomes.
