But how essential would location be if an autonomous vehicle could take your child to a quality charter school beyond your district? How essential is location if long commutes can be turned into productive time because you don't have to focus on driving? All those construction regulations holding back affordable housing; they don't apply if it's on top of a set of wheels. I have my doubts that the status quo is sustainable for too much longer.
