There are still reasons to use shell corporations that are entirely legitimate, and have no moral issues whatsoever.

- arethuza 11y agoTo reduce amount of tax paid and to obfuscate ownership to reduce the amount of tax paid?
- kafkaesq 11y agoRight - no one ever said the Panama Files were interesting simply because they revealed the existence of overseas shell corporations. It's the revelations of undeclared assets that make the disclosures interesting.
