Our team has a similar bottleneck. A few weeks ago I attempted to solve the problem during the static showdown hackathon, but I haven't touched the project since the hackathon ended so it's pretty rough:https://ss16-obelus.firebaseapp.com https://ss16-obelus.firebaseapp.com The thing we wanted was a news feed of sorts of outstanding PRs so we could track who checked them off and which ones needed our attention first. I guess it wasn't a big enough pain point to continue developing on it :( Also I think a whole web app is a clunky tool for the job, something like a chrome extension might be more appropriate.
