agreed it's a great career choice especially if a career is what's being chosen. simply "learn to code" as "literacy" is where things seem to get shaky. but here's a counterpoint (I'm just thinking out loud here) : to an artist making street art using coding skills to build out pieces of the scene, coding is a tool. or maybe coding is part of the medium. but it's not a career in that case.
