The availability of drugs also has a social impact which goes beyond individual safety or efficacy. Of course, it's not hard to get a prescription if you want one. That's assuming you can afford the doctor and the drug and are willing to be a liar. Or if you're under 18, assuming your parents choose to "enhance" you and you choose to accept "enhancement".
