If you think that's bad, I know of two different people offline, one who had a stroke at 27 and the other a heart attack at 34. Don't know either well enough to comment on their lifestyle or contributing factors, though.
- agumonkey 11y agoThere are many pathways influencing your heart and arteries. Very high stress can trigger-overflow your system with hormones that constrict blood flow to the point of harming itself even if you're quite healthy.
