Theranos must have pissed off someone very important, that lead to the initial WSJ article, and then to a reliable stream of revealing WSJ articles. I also think that this important person is in the military.
- danieltillett 11y agoThe downfall was a few years ago when the initial plan of just having the military buy Edison without it being run through a normal FDA testing program got blocked. If they had managed to avoid this they would have made out like bandits (well military contractors). As for the WSJ there are a lot of waring parties trying to defraud military - the established big contractors don’t really want new competitors stepping on their turf.
