The exclusion would be caucases where a particular party would be in charge of the ballets and voting count.
- burkaman 11y agoI don't think that solves the polling and exit polling problem at all, it only partially solves the recount issue (you still need tons of people to cooperate illegally), and it introduces huge new risks like people filming the caucus.
