As an employer of people you are motivated to ensure that people perform at their best. By forcing someone to not work a schedule that works for them, you're diminishing your own investment and you have no one but yourself to blame. At our company we have people who come in at 6 am and we have people who don't get in until 9. Everyone sets their schedule to what works for them and I think we're better for it. Does that make it harder to schedule meetings? Not at all, we can always find an hour or two somewhere where everyone is around.
