Tech hiring is a such a cluster____. Why are they screening for degrees anyway? They clearly don't respect what a CS/SE/etc degree represents because at the end of the day, regardless of your experience or your credentials, you're going to be subjected to the programming interview nonsense that won't reflect your day to day anyway Its like requiring a degree in mechanical engineering to be a racecar driver, and being told to assemble an engine during your interview.
