From the bot framework FAQ: "In order to provide the I/O service, the Bot Connector collects and stores your ID from the service you used to contact the bot. In turn the Bot Connector may additionally store anonymized conversation content for service improvement purposes."
Does this mean that MSFT is collecting the chat data to improve its natural language understanding models?
