As for the vendors you listed (which I might note intential avoid the vendor I requested a response on) sell OEM or private-label parts, they do not offer a market place for parts; as if Amazon only sold OEM or (Amazon)-private- products, which is I'll stand by my position that the issue is the east of standards compliance; both implementation and enforcement.
