Ask HN: Is there a tool like Arcanist for GitHub?

I've been using Phabricator and Arcanist over the past 3 months and the workflow is top notch. The ability to perform tasks like listing before commits, flowing branches, and cascading changes in parent branches all the way down a tree has been one of the best experiences I've had with version control. Does a tool exist like this for GitHub?
