You understand that your policies are almost universally opposed by the nodejs development community, and you are attempting to control the conversation in order to prevent a mass exodus from npm as the default package manager for node, which I believe should happen. The NodeJS Package management should be maintained and run by the Node Foundation, or other non-profit group/committee, not NPM Inc.
