I never wore one, don't you get a headache, after wearing it couple of hours and also the gadget is heavy.

  The gadget is not that heavy, and the little weight that it has is well distributed. You don't get a headache, but depending on what kind of content you're playing, you can get nausea due to conflicting sensations in your body (your eye thinks you're moving, your body doesn't feel it, etc). Some people get it more than others. It's similar to being in a boat. But you can get used to it fast, and again, it depends on content.
