- collyw 11y agoHow do you know poor people bought their iPhones? They may have been handed down after someone else's 18 month contract was up. (When I travelled in some remote parts of Nepal the people were very poor but many had smartphones. There weren't any mobile shops for hundreds of miles, so my guess is that they were gifted to them).
