Go compiles to native binaries, and requires no overhead like the JVM.
- echlebek 11y agoLike the JVM, Go programs have a runtime that has overhead.
- jonathanoliver 11y agoSure it compiles to native binaries which doesn't require a separate VM install, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have overhead.
