Think about what other people want. What kind of men do women like in your area? What kind of employees are employers valuing? Where in the world you can get a house for less than $100k? What kind of assets are very cheap right now? Think hard all the time about all of these things. That's what I do, like all the time. I'm in a relationship. I have a 6 figure job. My stock portfolio went up heaps in past year. I pay $400 rent after renting out the other rooms of the house I'm renting for $2200. None of these were "luck". And I didn't "get" them by working and going to the gym and making applications. I'm Asian also.
