I've never understood why virtual numbers can't be used across different merchants. Why is this? Are there any that do offer this capability?

- wfunction 11y agoNo, since the ability to limit the amount and the expiration date as well as the ability to close a number at will is immensely useful on its own. (Citi lets you do all of those.)
