I really don't understand why Microsoft didn't put a filter on this thing. They have a lot of experience in this area from their ventures in online gaming. If they would just add a simple rule to not respond to tweets with offensive words and don't tweet anything if it contains an offensive word. It would have saved them a lot of embarrassment.
