Tech Co-founder
I need someone to help develop a software for equity in my business. I am literally just starting. I started to outsource but thought let
me come here first!
- CarolineW 11y agoI strongly, strongly suggest to do a search here about looking for technical co-founders, especially in return for equity. You will find that there is very, very little sympathy for a naked request like this. Please, please, do your homework first.
- turmoiljay 11y agoDo not do a search? or do? thought that is what I just did?
- bruceb 11y agoYou are asking for people in high demand. So you need to go the extra mile of saying what area you are working in and how you could be of value to potential Co founder
- CarolineW 11y agoNo, what you have done is to post on a discussion board a request for a technical co-founder. What you clearly have not done is perform a search on that discussion board for previous cases where people have asked for technical co-founders, or people have posted articles about why it's hard to find technical co-founders, or articles about why asking for a technical co-founder is bound to fail. - sharemywin 11y agoHe meant search conversation streams. Basically: 1. consumer app - do you have a sign up page with 1000 emails and background in marketing? 2. B2B website/app/marketplace - do you have 10 customers ready to pay and background in sales? 3. Enterprise - do you have a customer to pay and background in sales? Not saying you can't find someone just developers need to do a lot of upfront work and then it gets done and now its time for your part and you try a little and give up. We can dream by ourselves.
