I run my stack(s) on Vagrant with Puppet for provisioning. I use OSX, but one of the major pain points of working with Linux VMs on a Windows host are file permission issues and case insensitivity. I don't think Docker can do anything about case sensitivity, but with this new release will permissions differences be handled better?
