Anybody can come up with an idea, many less can design how that idea will be executed.
- nekopa 17y agoI actually spend a lot of time on the design of how the idea should be executed. The one thing I always seem to run into is the "one founder" problem. Too many things, with too many skillsets (at a high level) need to be done at once. I don't just write a one sentence idea and leave it be, I iterate through brainstorming, re-evaluation, sorting, and putting it into a project management logframe. I experience the 1-founder dilemma on a day to day basis, but I refuse to be beaten by it. (Side note, this is not for any egoistic reasons, just that I am in a place and situation where I can't find co-founders)
