Nothing rattles the "diversity" warriors cages than acceptance of diverse thoughts. From my experience, all notions of acceptance and diversity goes out the window when you disagree or have a different political opinion with said warriors. It's a good way to dehumanize us for having the wrong thought. "It's okay, you can kick him, he thinks X, Y, Z so he's practically Hitler"
