    It's the land. I'm not sure why people don't understand this. Without the location context this isn't a useful site. Suitable land is artificially constrained, fiat money issuance is unconstrained, ergo prices are rocketing as rent seeker banks shift resources from wealth producers to themselves.

  There's a house that caught on fire recently, it will have to be rebuilt. The owners just sold it for $2.4M.
