Childcare is a very heavy female industry. It's a role that's highly feminized and the bias still carries very strongly today so yeah I'm not surprised at all.

Childcare is a very heavy female industry. It's a role that's highly feminized and the bias still carries very strongly today so yeah I'm not surprised at all. In fact I'd be willing to bet the amount of men they actually have in the network is less than a percentage point. Due to the perceived biases I too would probably only use graphics with women in it. I'm not saying it's right by any means but ultimately they're here to build a company and while they can certainly, very slowly, help the situation being overt may not be the best idea today.
