- morgante 11y agoThis sounds quite similar to the competency model, which basically entails listing required competencies for a position and then developing a set of specific questions to evaluate each question. Probably the only good thing I did in my first management job was to create a specific competency matrix for each position and to evaluate candidates against it. We only hired a handful of people, but I was very happy with every person I hired.
