    (Had he said that, it would have been a remarkably ironic comment, as he spent years fighting his oft-survivable pancreatic cancer not with the best current science, but with the healing power of a high fruit diet. A terrible diet for anyone, but also a particularly terrible diet for managing cancer, being very high in fructose. By the time he finally started taking the advice of cancer experts, it was too late.)
