This is where I find myself, although my team is very small (2 people only). HN has gone a long way in eliminating my expert beginner syndrome. Looking at what people are doing, when all I'm doing is writing "textboxes over data", is both humbling and inspiring. I also find that sites like CodinGame, HackerRank, and Project Euler can also be helpful in combating that. Ultimately, I'm looking to make the leap into a more challenging job, but for now, these will have to do.
