I couldn't agree more with you. It was tempted but honestly ultimately it came down to 3 reasons:
1. I did not trust my manager(s) in that AMZN division
2. I did not like AMZN culture
3. Their counter offer was only 2% more and it was structured in a very weird way.
I am really glad I did not stay, new job has been way more challenging.
