Known bug unfortunately. It's related to how we paginate DB queries for the threadlist to make it super fast to scroll through. Hoping to fix it in the next few weeks!
- baby 11y agoFor what is worth, I had the same problem with Mail.app on OSX today. Impossible to see what my unread mails were (3 unread mails lost in my 6k mails) and impossible to select all with C-A and mark everything as read. Also another thing I'm used to in that kind of app, is scroll further than the top limit to update the list.
- grinich 11y agoNylas N1 uses a realtime streaming delta API that we developed, so there's no need to ever manually "refresh" the app. The entire data layer is a giant flux store which populates the UI immediately. More on that API here: https://nylas.com/docs/platform#deltas https://nylas.com/docs/platform#deltas We've actually considered adding this and just making it a no-op-- a placebo feature to help users transition.
