Thanks for the report. It seems like Firefox 45 has implemented the innerText function (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Node/innerText https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Node/innerT...). I'll see if I can polyfill it.

use textContent instead of innerText, works both on chrome and ff

  textContent doesn't preserve newlines correctly. I found a polyfill, so Firefox <45 should work now.
